By accessing or using Eventsheet (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Eventsheet provides marketing and event management software designed to help organizers manage vendors, campaigns, and audience engagement.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform.

5. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at purchase.

• All fees are final. There are no refunds.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks are owned by Eventsheet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Eventsheet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventsheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Eventsheet may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, USA.
